More about this event

Night Moves Café continues at The Coffee Box on the 23 October from 9pm, with a special cafe for Lú Festival of Light.

Join us for an evening of intimate music and song from Oliver Cole, Cormac O Caoimh and Negro Impacto between 9pm - 11pm. Drop in, grab a coffee and cake and enjoy!

Cormac O Caoimh will be releasing his 7th studio album, Heartbreakers, in November 2026. His previous two albums were both Album of the Week on RTÉ Radio 1, while his past four albums charted on the official IRMA Irish charts. Cormac’s intimate vocals, magical melodies and exquisite guitar playing have always attracted very favourable reviews, with his shows bringing laughter, stories and song.

Oliver Cole began his solo career with We Albatri in 2010, which received a 5 out of 5 review and Album of the Month from The Irish Times. His acclaimed solo albums Year of The Bird, Father Brother, Son and Wingspan followed, with Father Brother, Son named Album of the Week by RTÉ, Newstalk and The Irish Times, and Wingspan receiving a 5-star review in 2025.

Negro Impacto are a genre-blending Irish duo bringing fresh energy to alternative R&B with Chi-chi’s soulful vocals and StrangeLove’s boundary-pushing production. Their sound is shaping a bold new direction in Ireland’s alt music scene.

Night Moves is an innovative night time cultural programme led and produced by Droichead Arts Centre, curated by singer/songwriter, SJ McArdle, in collaboration with Drogheda’s Night-Time Economy Adviser and supported by the Drogheda Purple Flag group.
