Thursday 30th April

In light of the high level of uncertainty about the Covid-19 pandemic, Drogheda Arts Festival will be postponed from the planned April and May dates until later in the year. Some international acts have been deferred until 2021, however, the majority of Irish artists and performers already announced will perform during the proposed new dates.

We expect to have further updates for our audiences in the coming weeks regarding new dates, refunds and credit notes. We will continue to follow Government directives on health and safety and adhere to any new guidelines issued. We appreciate your patience and support at this time.

We hope that everyone stays healthy and we look forward to unveiling the new dates and full line up soon.

A one man show written and performed by Mikel Murfi. New Dates TBC.

We catch up with Pat once more as he embarks on a journey he had not quite planned and finds that every twist in the road can bring its own surprises. Late in his life, Pat Farnon, a cobbler and all-round contented man, marries the redoubtable Kitsy Rainey. It’s a match made in heaven, in more ways than one. Written and performed by Mikel Murfi, I Hear You and Rejoice is a tender and joy filled account of a most unlikely marriage. You may never look at life in quite the same way again.
