Starring actor Laura Whelan, OCD Me is an autobiographical semi-immersive play based on her personal experiences of living with obsessive compulsive disorder. Centered on mental health, it addresses a contemporary and relevant issue of national importance. By providing a visceral insight into obsessive compulsive disorder, the play specifically seeks to raise awareness and understanding of OCD, a condition often misappropriated and trivialised in mainstream media. Suitable for age 13+.

I AM BABA is a theatre adventure for babies created by internationally renowned theatre director Anna Newell and composer David Goodall: a magical adventure of song, lights and textures for babies aged 0-12 months. It’s a show about identity, agency and personhood. Suitable for babies and toddlers aged 0-24 months.

WONDER GARDENS FAMILY WORKSHOP

SAT 14 OCT | 11AM (6OMINS) | FREE | Inspired by the theme of garden, the Small Wonders set, and the work of other artists and photographers, the children will use fabrics, wool and their own imaginations to create a textural collage piece. Suitable for children aged 7-10 and their parents/carers.

In a fun, lively and fast-paced family circus performance, presented in Visual Vernacular (a cross between sign language and mime), find out how jugglers, acrobats and hula hoop artists use science to create their amazing acts.

StrongWomen Science doesn’t only illustrate scientific facts. It seeks to promote enquiry, inventiveness and accessibility in science, making it open to all, in particular young women and girls.

Once again the ghouls take over the streets of Drogheda for THE SPOOKS PARADE!! Launching the LU FESTIVAL OF LIGHT in ghastly style, it's "Dance or be Doomed" when a procession of horrific characters march out onto the ancient streets of and drag their sinister souls all across the town from Barlow House all the way to Laurence's Gate. Six schools across Drogheda & East Meath will participate including: Presentation Primary; St. Brigids St. Patricks; St. Pauls NS & Marymount NS, Réalt Na Mara Boys National School and Reált Na Mara Girls National School.
