Droichead Arts Centre presents this exciting workshop with Kieran Gallagher, a percussion filled session of Samba Drumming. These Cruinniú na Óg workshops have been especially designed with a focus on the younger audience. Encouraging them to meet and share in the musical experience of playing the Rio’s carnival drums.
Workshop 1 Age 6 – 8 yrs. | Workshop 2 Ages 9 – 11yrs.
Funded by Creative Ireland, a day of free creativity for young people. This event is a collaboration between Meath and Louth County Councils for this year’s Cruinniú na nÓg, produced by Droichead.
