The Young Producers Programme presents the Jump Cut Film Festival. This new film festival will showcase the work of young film makers from Drogheda and East Meath. Submissions will be invited for short films of up to six minutes in length, and there will be a prize for best film.
Rules & Terms
Jump Cuts Youth Film Festival only accepts short films of NO LONGER than 6 minutes. (Including titles & credits)
By submitting to Jump Cuts Youth Film Festival you are agreeing to a physical screening of your work. The programming team will discuss this in more detail closer to the event.
Each submission must be accompanied by a HIGH RES STILL IMAGE (not a poster image) a TAGLINE and a SHORT SYNOPSIS.
There will be a separate prize for best poster, however a poster is not mandatory for entry.
Entrants must be from the Drogheda and East Meath are and be from third year to sixth year.
The selection and scheduling of all films screened at Jump Cuts Youth Film Festival is entirely at the discretion of the Festival Directors and the Judging Panels.
Selected films will be announced on the Droichead Arts Centre website and in the media.

The film festival will take place at Droichead Arts Centre as part of Cruinniu na nÓg on Saturday 10th June at 6pm.
