Droichead is delighted to announce the return of poetry
programme GIVE A POEM, GET A POEM, a children's project devised by our Literature Audience
Development Officer, Dani Gill, as part of the LIVE Network.
Students from Marymount NS in Drogheda will collaborate
with a poet to write their own poem, which will be handwritten
onto a special card and then printed and distributed around
their community. Each young person will also receive a poem
written by a student in one of the other counties, so that all
students receive a poem as well as giving one away.
