Go on a Super Adventure with creative practitioner Kelly Kierans from GingerNut Events.
This exciting arts workshop is open to children ages 8 – 12yrs. Make and Create and bring home your unique piece of art!
Using recycled or donated items, children will learn how to turn trash into treasure in this environmentally friendly workshop that upcycles items, while gaining appreciation and value for household waste! Through storytelling and interaction, participants will also experience a mini mindfulness and gratitude session.
Workshop Duration: 180 mins with a short break. All materials supplied.
Cruinniú na nÓg is a flagship initiative of the Creative Ireland Programme’s Creative Youth plan to enable the creative potential of children and young people. The inaugural Cruinniú na nÓg took place on 23rd June 2018 with over 500 events taking place in cities, towns and villages across the country and is now in its 5th year.
