          DRAWDA | Outreach Programme
Droichead Arts Centre and LOVE Drogheda BIDS, are delighted to work with 19 primary schools and second level organisations on the third strand of DRAWDA. Participants will create lino prints, and stencils inspired by the iconic heritage and history of Drogheda’s architecture and mythology. Working with a team of artists across March and April, these stencils will then be re-imagined onto the giant DRAWDA letters as part of our family day on the 23 April.

Big thanks to all our participants from:
Aston Village ETNS, St Brigid's and St Patrick's NS, St Joseph's C.B.S, Presentation Primary School, St Oliver's NS, St John's NS, St Joseph's NS, Scoil Aonghusa, St Paul's NS, Marymount NS, Le Chéile ETNS, Scoil an Spioraid Naoimh, Laytown Primary School, Mounthanover NS, St Oliver's Community College, Coláiste na Hinse, Drogheda Grammar School, St Mary's Diocesan School and Youth Reach Drogheda.

Produced by Droichead Arts Centre and Love Drogheda B.I.D.S (Business Improvement District Scheme), in partnership with Louth County Council Arts Office and curators Dee Walsh and Brian Hegarty (33-45), the project will be delivered across a number of strands, including an Urban Art Trail,  which will draw on Drogheda’s significant rich heritage, mythology and architecture.
